Vegan Banana Loaf

Who doesn’t love a home-made banana loaf? Treat your clients to this vegan version of the autumnal classic coupled with a cup of tea, coffee or even a hot chocolate.

Time to prepare: 10 minutes prep, 40 minutes to cook

Serves: 8-10

Ingredients:

4 x Ripe Bananas

75g Vegetable Oil

100g Light Brown Sugar

225g Everyday Favourites Plain Flour

3 heaped tsp Baking Powder

3 tsp cinnamon

 

1. Heat oven to200c/180c (fan). Use a fork to mash the bananas, mix in the vegetable oil and brown sugar.

2. Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon into the mixture and stir until everything is mixed in together

3. Grease a loaf tin for 40 minutes. Or until golden brown and a knife comes out clean when pushed into the middle.

Store in a tupperware and serve with a hot drink.
