Retailers have already been full speed ahead with Christmas preparations for some time, with the first signs of mince pies seeming to appear as soon as the school summer holidays were over. For many businesses, though, Christmas launches tend to really take off once Halloween has come and gone, so now is the time to start thinking about what you may want to do differently for your customers to celebrate the festive season…
Christmas classics for your core offering
The simplest way to add a little seasonal sparkle to your core offer is to stick to the classics – delicious mince pies – maybe served with a warm mulled wine – providing the lovely scent of winter spice. Or how about a tin of Quality Street or Cadbury Roses on your reception desk, or our Premium Selection chocolate truffles selection box (these are popular in January, too :) ).
Going the extra mile
If you are feeling particularly Christmassy and want to take your efforts a little further, you could look at adding a splash of gingerbread syrup to your coffees, or even a touch of Baileys – and you could even serve your hot drinks in our Christmas themed cups.
Christmas is a time for giving….
If you plan on using Christmas crackers as part of your decorations this year, why not consider the Tom Smith products? Tom Smith are proud supporters of the Trussell Trust and will be donating £2.00 per case of the eco charity range of crackers to support the nationwide network of foodbanks and emergency food support across the UK. This is your chance to support their cause…
Our seasonal range launches early November – look out for the tab on the homepage!
