Strawberry Glazed Mini Cheesecakes

This easy but delicious recipe will have your customers wanting more, and it's super simple and easy to make! We'd recommend making mini, individual cheesecakes garnishing with a sprig of mint and a dusting of icing sugar to make them look extra special for each serving.

Time to prepare: 15-20 minutes plus 60 minutes to chill

Serves: 15-20 portions

Ingredients for the cheesecakes:

Everyday Favourites Cheesecake Crumb Base

Everyday Favourites Cheesecake Filling Mix

168g Unsalted Butter

850ml Milk


Ingredients for the glaze:

400g Strawberries

1 heaped tbsp Caster Sugar

2 tbsp Water

Mint Sprigs


1. Follow Cheesecake packet instructions and place mixture individual ramekins

2. Bring 2 tbsp water and 1 tbsp of caster sugar to the boil in a saucepan and stir until all the sugar has dissolved

3. Throw in 300g of strawberries into the pan and stir until soft

4. Leave mixture to cool before putting in a blender and continue to blend into a smooth sauce

5. Drizzle sauce over the cheesecake/s and top with fresh strawberries

6. Garnish each individual serving with a mint sprig
