Prawn, Chilli & Tomato Spaghetti

This is one of our absolute favourite summer dishes, super simple but full of flavour with a kick of chilli.

Serves: 6

Time: 20-30 minutes

Ingredients:
300g Gustoso Spaghetti
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
1 red chilli (deseeded, finely sliced)
300 - 400g Raw King Prawns
12 halved cherry tomatoes
Basil to garnish
Salt & Pepper

1. Start by cooking your spaghetti (you can use any pasta that you prefer) - follow the instructions on the pack.
2. In a frying pan, gently heat the olive oil. Add garlic and chilli. Cook on a gentle heat until fragrant (make sure your garlic doesn’t go brown).
3. Put the raw prawns into the pan on a high heat and fry until they turn pink.
4. Add the tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, stirring occasionally.
5. Put the cooked spaghetti into the pan with the prawns and tomatoes and stir through.
6. To serve, season well with salt and pepper. Chop up some basil leaves sprinkle over the top dish.
