Another fast, and flavoursome recipe...
Serves: 10
Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
400g Everyday Favourites cheesecake filling mix
100ml Passion Fruit Purée
Fresh Raspberries
50g Lotus biscoff crumbs
50g Pink & White Mini Marshmallows (optional)
Chocolate to garnish (optional)
1. Make the cheesecake mix as per instructions on the pack and allow to chill
2. Take a piping bag with a nozzle and drizzle the passion fruit purée around the inside of the bag (down the sides)
3. Fill the piping bag with your cheesecake filling mix then pipe into your chosen pots
4. Optional: top with fresh raspberries, a little of the biscoff crumb, more passion fruit purée, toasted mini marshmallows and chocolate garnish
