To place an order all you need to do is find the products you are looking for by using the search functionaility, or the top bar navigation drop down list.This will then take you to the product page where you can find out more details about the product.At this point, you can click on the image or product description to find out even more details about the product, or if you know this is the product you want simply click the ADD TO BASKET button and the product will be added to your shopping basket.
Once you are ready to check out, simply click on the green basket icon on the top right hand corner and a mini basket pop up will appear where you can click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.At this point you have two options; the first is to checkout as guest which means you have not set up an account and therefore will not be recognised on our system next time you place an order, or you can set up an account (which we would really like you to do) as this allows you to order on the site as often as you like without populating your details each time saving you lots of precious time.
Once you have reviewed your basket and are happy to place your order, please enter your payment details and click the PAY NOW button.
How do I know my order has been processed?
Once your order has been placed and your payment has been processed, you will receive an email from us confirming all the details of your order and the delivery address you have entered.We ask that you ensure that the postcode is correct as our friendly delivery drivers use this to ensure your goods get you on time and where you need them.
When do you deliver?
Due to unprecedented circumstances, we are unable to provide our next day delivery service at present. We endeavour to deliver your order within 5 days.
How do I find out when my delivery will be?
