Chocolate Peanut Butter Corn Flake Cakes

These delicious cakes are the perfect homemade treat to have on hand for your customers. With a slight twist to the traditional recipe by adding our Sun-Pat Crunchy Peanut Butter. Serve on the side of a cup of tea/coffee or why not go all out with a hot chocolate and marshmallows!     

Time to prepare: 40-45 minutes

Serves: 20 small cakes

Ingredients:

300g Milk Chocolate

100g Sun-Pat Crunchy Peanut Butter

100g Kellogg's Corn Flakes

1. Place a bowl over a large saucepan of lightly simmering water (do not let the bowl physically touch the water).

2. Roughly break up milk chocolate, place into your bowl, stirring whilst it melts into a delicious, chocolatey mixture.

3. Stir in crunchy peanut butter. Put bowl to one side to cool for 5 minutes.

4. Layout 20 cake cases onto a tray. Using a tablespoon, spoon the mixture into the cake cases.

5. Place into the fridge for around 20-30 minutes to set prior to serving.
