1. Pre heat oven to 170°c. 2. Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the pasta, cook for 6 minutes then add broccoli for a further 6-8 minutes or until pasta is just cooked. 3. Place milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Put the flora in another pan and melt then stir in the flour forming a roux. 4. Once roux is formed, add the milk gradually until sauce is the correct consistancy and allow to cook for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
5. While sauce is cooking, finely chop the onions and then sautée in a pan until they soften then stir in the tomato puree. 6. Once softened, add the chicken and fry until golden in colour. Add the white sauce and broccoli to this pan and stir through. 7. Place the pasta and white sauce mixture into an oven proof dish, stir together. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
